I’m Ansheles, the founder of Labelee, a television personality and a Hong Kong top 10 influencer.

I wanted a snack that brought together everything I loved: real fruit, premium chocolate, and a refreshing balance of sweet and tart. So I started creating my own recipe—frozen berries coated in chocolate, a simple pairing enhanced with a frozen twist. This felt like the ultimate snack that fits Hong Kong’s ” not too sweet” tastebuds, always on the go lifestyle and sharing culture, so i gave it a try. That’s how Labelee began.

What was supposed to be a fun little pop-up quickly became a viral Hong Kong snack and one of the fastest growing influencer brands in Hong Kong !
