1.⁠ ⁠The Labelee online store offers refrigerated delivery or insulated bag packaging.
2.⁠ ⁠Delivery service is available Monday through Sunday (except on public holidays or specifically announced dates).
3.⁠ ⁠Under normal circumstances, orders placed will be delivered within 7 working days.
4.⁠ ⁠Delivery Coverage: Delivery is available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Tung Chung. Excluded areas include Sai Kung / Clear Water Bay / Shek O / Stanley / Discovery Bay / Ma Wan / *Cheung Chau / Lamma Island / Peng Chau / South Lantau (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, and Pui O).
5.⁠ ⁠Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Delivery time slots are for reference only and are subject to actual conditions on the day).
6.⁠ ⁠For delivery addresses without elevator service, orders will only be delivered to the ground floor for pick-up.
7.⁠ ⁠If the delivery address has no parking space or if building security enforces wheel clamping, our delivery fleet will only deliver to the ground floor for pick-up.
8.⁠ ⁠Please check and count all items in person upon receipt. If there are any issues, please notify the Labelee online store on the same day.
9.⁠ ⁠Delivery services will be postponed when a tropical cyclone gale/storm signal is hoisted, a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, or under weather conditions deemed unsafe for delivery. The Labelee online store will contact you to reschedule the delivery date.
10.⁠ ⁠Any change to the delivery address or date after an order is placed will incur an additional delivery fee of HK$50 per amendment.
11.⁠ ⁠Once the purchased products have been delivered to you, you will become the owner of the products. Upon delivery, you will assume all risks associated with holding the products, and the Labelee online store shall not be held liable for any loss or damage.
12.⁠ ⁠Once order details, pricing, and payment are confirmed, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted (* Additional items or quantity additions can be arranged separately upon discussion).
13.⁠ ⁠Returns based on personal reasons—such as damage caused by human error, general dissatisfaction, or improper storage after receipt—will not be accepted.
